Jasdeep Singh spent his childhood in South Windsor, Connecticut and attended the University of Connecticut for his BS undergrad (1997-2002) (secondary science) and Master of Arts in Teaching (2002-2003). Formerly, he went to the University of Hartford and earned a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership.

Presently, Jasdeep Singh is a full-time MBA student at UConn studying finance, investments, business analytics, and general management. Jasdeep Singh became principal at Riverside Magnet School in 2016 and the school is operated by both LEARN and Goodwin College.

Jasdeep Singh has strong business insight with interpersonal abilities to benefit clients and organizations by think in a different way while identifying strategic objectives and developing and executing the subsequent plans.

Jasdeep Singh is an MBA candidate with all-comprehensive experience in organizational leadership, project and change management, marketing, client relations, budgeting, and cost analysis, and data analysis. He led budgets in excess of six million dollars, dealing with personnel, structural, and programmatic elements.

Jasdeep Singh’s expertise and technical abilities include R Studio, Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), Google+ applications, multimedia creation, public speaking, and presentation. He led two public schools identified as high-need, each with over 400 students, 80 staff, and multiple departments. He also outperformed as the Principal at Wolcott Elementary School, West Hartford CT for 3 years as well.

While as the principal, Jasdeep Singh utilized data (mean scores; trend analysis) to create and implement new programming that led to increased student outcomes with minimal programmatic costs.

Jasdeep Singh also handled a culture shift across all stakeholders to enhance the climate and perception of support and safety feedback scores by over 40%. Moreover, he is a renowned professional with the utmost capacity.
